At Ever So Luxe, we believe every beautiful piece deserves a seond story. Our consignment process is designed to be effortless, transparent, and always handled with care, from the moment you send us your item to the day it finds its new home.
To get started, email hello@eversoluxe.com with a brief description, condition details, and clear photos of your item. Be sure to include any signs of wear. The more details you share, the more accurate your quote will be.

Getting Started
Simply request a quote by sending an email to hello@eversoluxe.com. Please include photos of the front, back, sides, corners, interior and any areas that have wear. You will receive a quote within 3 business days.
Items We Do Not Accept
Ever So Luxe reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet our quality standards. We do not accept items that are stained, heavily soiled, damaged, or show significant signs of wear. Items with any odors (including but not limited to smoke, mildew, perfume, or pet odors) will not be accepted.
At this time, all footwear must be in like-new to excellent condition. Shoes showing heavy wear, excessive creasing, or other condition issues will not be accepted.
Condition, Authenticity & Quote Adjustments
All consignment quotes are based solely on the photos and information provided by the consignor prior to receipt. Upon arrival, all items are subject to inspection and authentication.
If an item is found to be in a condition different from what was represented in the submitted photos or description, including but not limited to undisclosed wear, damage, odors, alterations, stains, or missing components, Ever So Luxe reserves the right to revise the original quote accordingly.
If there are undisclosed condition issues that render an item to be unsellable (tears, damage, odors, etc) the consignor will be charged a $25 fee to cover shipping and handling costs.
If an item is determined to be counterfeit, the consignor will be charged a $50 fee to cover shipping, authentication, and handling costs.
Shipping/Drop Off
Once you approve your quote, we'll send a prepaid shipping label or schedule an appointment for in store drop off.
Listing Timeline
Every piece is authenticated by a trusted third-party expert before being photographed and listed for sale. Your item will be listed on our website within 2 business days of authentication.
Consignment Term
We hold each piece for 90 days. After that, you're welcome to:
· Keep your item listed and request for its return at any time, or
· Request your item be returned to you. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consignor (approximately $10).
If you’d like your item returned before the 90 day term ends, a $50 early return fee plus shipping costs will apply.
Pricing and Markdowns
Your item will never be discounted or included in a promotion without your approval.
Payments
Payouts are issued within 7-10 business days after your item sells.
Buyouts
Select pieces may qualify for a buyout offer. If eligible, your quote will include both a buyout and consignment option. Payments for buyouts are processed within 3 business days of authentication.
Agreement to Terms
By consigning an item with Ever So Luxe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this consignment agreement, including all policies regarding item acceptance, condition, authenticity, shipping, listing, payments, and commissions.
